To avoid uncertainty, nuby relies on encrypted Shopify and payment-provider processing and does not keep the full account number or card security code. Authorization, verification, holds, and declines remain subject to the issuer's requirements.

In keeping with our customer promise, accurate billing and contact details are required. An order may be reviewed or cancelled if payment authorization fails or fraud controls identify material risk, and taxes are collected as applicable law directs.

As a published store practice, we send an approved credit to the payment method used for purchase, after which banks and card issuers usually require 5-10 business days to display it.
