For an informed purchase, using the storefront or submitting an order constitutes agreement to these Terms and the linked Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages. Customers must provide accurate order, billing, delivery, and contact information and may use the site only lawfully.

As part of our service commitment, sales and delivery are limited to the United States. Standard shipping is free and tracked; processing is 1-2 business days, followed by an estimated 4-6 business days in carrier transit. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

As part of our service commitment, a no-reason return or exchange may be requested for 30 days after delivery, with approved return shipping paid by the store for both preference-based and quality-related requests. Approved refunds generally post within 5-10 business days. Custom products, clearance/Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded from no-reason returns, without limiting rights for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing goods.

As part of our service commitment, pre-dispatch cancellation requests are accepted and post-dispatch requests are governed by the Refund Policy. All prices are denominated in USD, legally applicable tax is collected, and an unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or clearly mispriced transaction may be declined.
